At Kempton Charter, we understand that earning your trust demands absolute professionalism in how we run our operations.
Our award-winning service is based on the highest standards in crew selection, training and the aircraft we fly. With expert staff dedicated to these areas, and operating under the strictest regulation overseen by the Civil Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency, we ensure that adherence, standardisation, and performance are rigorously maintained.

Safety
Safety comes first. We ensure that the highest safety standards are upheld through an active Safety Management System overseen by our Safety Department. Our staff are trained to actively recognize and report hazards and put forward suggestions to improve flight safety. Kempton Charter. is a founder member of the Corporate Aviation Safety Executive (CASE) and actively participates in promoting safety within the aviation industry.

Crew
When we recruit, we pick from the best flying talent available. All of Kempton Charter. pilots are holders of Commercial and Airline Pilot licenses with full type ratings on the aircraft they fly. Whatever arises, our flight crews have the skills and experience to respond quickly, confidently and safely.

As your safety is important to us, all of our Cabin Crew are fully trained and attested crew members, meaning that they undergo a full program of training when joining us.

Training
As we operate some of the most advanced jet aircraft in the world, our training demands are exacting. Kempton Charter.employs a team of Training Captains and Examiners working under our Head of Training to ensure that our training program is fully tailored to our operation. We use full motion flight simulators provided by CAE to conduct both 6-monthly checks and additional training sessions beyond the regulatory minimum requirements

Quality and Compliance
We strive for quality in everything we do. We operate an internal Compliance Monitoring System led by a dedicated Compliance Monitoring Manager. His role is to scrutinise all areas of ground and flying operations, maintenance and client service. Through this continual appraisal, procedures and functions are monitored and continuously improved. As a further check, this system is tested annually by external auditors who give an independent assessment of our operations.
